Emporium house is overall a good building. It is well-built and well-insulated. The apartments are well-designed. The bathrooms and kitchens are very modern. Active ventilation in each unit prevents dampness (very important in the UK). The building has really nice amenities (gym, games room, coworking space). Overall we've enjoyed our time living here.

Facilities are maintained very well, overall building and interior / communal areas are well looked after too. The staff (in house, security, front desk, cleaners/maintenance ) are all very friendly, pleasant and help create a very nice and safe atmosphere.

The building structure and size is appropriate and well designed to accommodate all basic amenities, the facility is well maintained and properly cleaned on a daily basis, the management team is one of the most responsive and friendly making sure every tenant is taken care of and no issue is left unattended.

The building management and residents make a real effort to recognise and celebrate major festivals from different cultures and religions, which creates a very welcoming atmosphere. As for the day to day management, the staff is friendly and has always helped me with any issue I have had. Meetings are organised with other residents to make friends, and there are also yoga lessons. It's comforting to come home late and find someone in the building who can help you. It's also easy to have packages delivered by mail.

The design of the building is really nice, looks very modern. Very good location, close to the station and shops. Managed very well, cleaning gets maintained and maintenance is always resolved. It's good that you can leave your deliveries in reception.
